Sanctuary Trust Storehouse Project is a charity shop with a difference.

Not only does the Project generate vital funds to help us reduce homelessness in Rochdale, we also provide meaningful work experience for people looking to get back into employment.
What the Storehouse does for Rochdale

  • Provide furniture and white goods to local people who otherwise couldn’t afford
  • Support locals on a low income develop key employability skills
  • Provide training and development opportunities, including accredited qualifications in first aid, food hygiene, manual handling, health and safety, and much more
  • Offer free tea / coffee to all our customers and a safe place to have a chat and make new friends
  • Generate the vital funds to help end homelessness in the Borough of Rochdale

What you can do for the Storehouse

  • Donate you unwanted furniture and white goods
  • Donate your time – we are always on the lookout for new volunteers to help support our clients
  • Donate your money – we can use your money to support clients access accredited qualifications.  For example, a  £40 donation pays for accredited training courses
  • Tell your friends – we want to get as many local citizens involved as we can.  Together, we can help to transform local lives.

Why not come down and have a look. There’s two floors of mixed stock to look at and there’s always a great bargain or two. But if you can’t come in to visit us why not visit our facebook page.

If you require delivery of any items that you purchase, we can also arrange delivery for a small cost.
