Last week, Pass It On Cymru staff and volunteers hiked up Crimpiau peak in Snowdonia to raise money for Sanctuary Trust.
We’ve raised over £150 so far, so we can continue to support our residents and rough sleepers in North Wales and Greater Manchester.
